While we are still expanding our fulfillment capabilities, we remain committed to providing a clear, fair, and respectful refund process for all customers.
🔁 Returns
At this time, we do not accept physical returns unless pre-approved by our team.
This policy helps us prevent fraud, protect limited inventory, and ensure better control over product integrity.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you directly to resolve the issue.
💸 Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
Items arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
To request a refund or replacement:

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos (if applicable)
Indicate whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
🎁 Gifts & Orders Sent to Others
If you purchased a CyberHex product as a gift and the recipient experiences an issue, we’re happy to help but we’ll need to verify the original order details first.
We cannot process a refund or replacement without:
The order number
The original purchaser’s name or email
If you received a CyberHex item as a gift and need help, please have the sender contact us directly.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:
Opened or used games, cards, or collectibles
Digital downloads, eBooks, or media access
Custom-made or limited-edition items
Gift cards, promo codes, or mystery bundles
Items marked “delivered” by the carrier (unless proven lost after a formal investigation)
📦 Return Shipping (When Approved)
If a return is approved, we will provide specific instructions.
Do not ship any items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
